Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate smoothly with fellow designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to co-create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Apply your strong understanding of usability principles and user experience to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and accessible.
• Produce visually compelling design solutions that elevate the user experience.
• Utilize Figma and its components effectively to create and iterate on design systems and prototypes.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, team members, and developers, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project goals.
• Willingness and ability to lead projects from concepting to reality is a big plus and most likely part of responsibilities.

What we look for

We are looking for an experienced Lead UX/UI designer to join our team of motivated and experienced tech and industrial sector specialists! We have new projects starting in the beginning of 2025, and you would be jumping into the new project as well as our mission of driving industrial digitalization.

This is a permanent, full-time position, and we offer you a good salary based on your experience level. Our comfy offices in Tampere and Helsinki offer a nice atmosphere to work in. We work in a flexible hybrid model. We hope you can start in February 2025 the latest.
