What we look for

We are looking for senior developer interested in building efficiency boosting solutions. Whether you are an experienced professional who can lead the technical development of large-scale projects, or a developer with years of work experience, we are interested in you!

Required core skills:

  • Programming capabilities with one or more: Python, C#, Java,
    Embedded C/C++, Node.js

  • LLM platforms & tools: Azure OpenAI services, Semantic Kernel,
    Microsoft Copilot Studio/SDK and RAG architectures

  • Cloud & DevOps: IaC, serverless and CI/CD pipelines

  • Data & integrations: Ingesting documents, utilizing APIs, MCP architecture

Beneficial skills:

  • Data visualization and Machine learning

  • Experience with MES, SCADA, APS, ERP, PDM, PLM or other solutions used on industrial companies (through interfaces example)

  • Prompting and prompt testing experience

Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English is required.

This position is full-time, and the start date is agreed with the chosen candidate. We offer you a good salary based on your experience level. Our comfy offices in GO21-building in Tampere and Helsinki city center offer a nice atmosphere to work in (either could be your home office).
